We are a long term rental company that works with Homeowner’s that are displaced from their home from a catastrophic event. We work with your Homeowner’s Insurance for coverage of your rental.

We will get back with you as soon as possible. It is very important that you check your homeowner’s policy to confirm that you have Loss of Use/Additional living expenses coverage. If you do not have access to your policy, be sure to check with your adjuster when you hear from them.
PLEASE NOTE: FLOOD POLICIES TYPICALLY DO NOT OFFER LOSS OF USE COVERAGE (LOU) or Additional Living Expenses (ALE).
If your home was damaged by Flood and Wind you will need to discuss with your adjuster to make sure you have coverage thru your wind policy for Loss of Use (LOU) or Additional Living Expenses (ALE) If you do not have coverage please go to this website for assistance. www.disasterassistance.gov
We will work with your insurance company to provide all the information they need to provide you coverage for your rental, provided you have adequate loss of use coverage on your policy. If you need temporary/long term housing, we are here to help! (Our minimum rental is 3 months.) We are a full service company. We deliver and set up a camper at your home or location of choice. We tie into your existing electrical, water and sewer if possible.
Simply fill out the Information Sheet & contact your insurance claims rep to give them permission to speak with Action RV, this can be done via voicemail or via email, and we can answer any questions they have and request approval for the coverage.
