What your location needs
We connect your rental RV to existing suitable water, sewer, and electrical systems. Tell us whether the hookups are ready and how far they are from the intended RV position. Ask our team to confirm the electrical connection required for your chosen unit; requirements can vary.
Send details about the access route and parking location so we can discuss suitability before delivery. If you plan to stay at an RV park, confirm an available site, the park’s rental RV rules, and hookup requirements with the park. Explore nearby RV parks.
Delivery and setup costs
Our current published policy offers free delivery and pickup within 40 miles, except for fifth wheels, which have a delivery fee based on mileage. For trips beyond 40 miles, delivery and pickup are charged by loaded mile. The 40-mile radius is measured from 9018 Hwy 75 South, Huntsville, Texas. Contact us to confirm your delivery and pickup fee before reserving.
Setup is free when water, sewer, and electricity are readily available, such as at an RV park. Extra materials or setup time may incur charges when connections are not ready or are farther than 20 feet. Delivery fees are due at reservation and are non-refundable under the current published policy. Review all current rates, deposits, and fees.
Where we deliver
Our standard service area is within a one-hour radius, including Huntsville, Conroe, TX, and surrounding areas. Rentals of six months or longer may be available farther away. Service-area eligibility and free-delivery eligibility are different; confirm both for your specific location.
What happens after delivery?
