Ideal for singles, couples, or small families. This compact, fully equipped RV provides all the essentials for a comfortable short-term stay. The bunk area is perfect for young children.

A more spacious layout offering extra room to relax. Perfect for extended stays or guests who simply prefer a little more living space.
1 Month – $800
3-Month Lease – $750 / month
6-Month Lease – $700 / month

5th Wheel

Experience premium comfort and maximum space. Designed for families or professionals needing long-term housing, these units include all major amenities, generous living areas, a full bath, and a half bath for added convenience.
3 Month Minimum Required
3-Month Lease – $900 / month
6-Month Lease – $800 / month

Additional Fees and Info

Deposit of $250, Deposit is due once application is submitted and approved to confirm reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.

1st month’s rent and non refundable pet fee (if applicable) of $250 (per pet) is due at delivery.

Delivery / Pick-Up: Free within 50 miles, with the exception of 5th Wheel, it does have a delivery fee and will be figured based on mileage. The 5th wheel delivery fee is due at time of reservation and is not refundable.

Set Up: Set up is free when electric/sewer/water is readily available such as at RV parks. Fees can incur for extra setup material/time if electric/sewer is not ready for connection and are further than 10”.
