Additional Fees and Info
Deposit of $250, Deposit is due to confirm all reservations. This deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.
1st month’s rent and non refundable pet fee (if applicable) of $250 (per pet) is due at delivery.
Delivery / Pick-Up: Free within 50 miles, with the exception of 5th Wheel, it does have a delivery fee and will be figured based on mileage. The 5th wheel delivery fee and any delivery fee above the 50 mile radius are due at time of reservation and is not refundable.
Set Up: Set up is free when electric/sewer/water is readily available such as at RV parks. Fees can incur for extra setup material/time if electric/sewer is not ready for connection and are further than 20’.
