Kingsport 279BH

This single slide unit is ideal for singles, couples or small families. It host a queen bed in the master and 3 bunks in the bunk room.  Unit is 33” in length.

This 2 slide out unit is roomy and has 2 queen beds as well as a couple of bunk beds.  It is 38’11 in length.

Cherokee Grey 29TE

This single slide unit is similar to the Kingsport 279BH.  It has a queen bed in the master, a twin and two bunks in the 2nd bedroom.  The booth dinette makes into a nice sleeping area as well.  Unit is 36/8” in length.

This 2 slide out unit is spacious. The master bedroom host a closet and dress for extra storage, has a center bath and bunkroom in the far end with a twin bed and two bunks. Unit is 39’7 in length.

Additional Fees and Info

Deposit of $250, Deposit is due to confirm all reservations. This deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled.

1st month’s rent and non refundable pet fee (if applicable) of $250 (per pet) is due at delivery.

State Sales Tax Collected on all Fees Applicable.

Delivery / Pick-Up: Free within 50 miles, with the exception of 5th Wheel, it does have a delivery fee and will be figured based on mileage. Any delivery fee is due at time of reservation and is not refundable.

Set Up: Set up is free when electric/sewer/water is readily available such as at RV parks. Fees can incur for extra setup material/time if electric/sewer is not ready for connection and are further than 20’.
