This 3 slide out unit is spacious and homelike. Our most popular unit for families or long term stays. There are 2 slide outs in the bunk room making it a great 2nd bedroom. A queen bed in the master and 1 slide out in living/kitchen area. Offering generous space, comfort and storage. Unit is 35’7” in length.

Additional Fees and Info
Deposit of $250, Deposit is due to confirm all reservations. This deposit is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. Once unit is delivered, the deposit become the damage deposit and is refundable at the end of the rental, provided the unit is properly taken care of and returned in the condition in accordance to the rental agreement.
1st month’s rent and non refundable pet fee (if applicable) of $250 (per pet) is due at delivery.
We only allow dogs and cats, no other type of pets. Max of 2 pets.
State Sales Tax Collected on all Fees Applicable.
Delivery / Pick-Up: Free within 40 miles, with the exception of 5th Wheel, it does have a delivery fee and will be figured based on mileage. Any delivery fee is due at time of reservation and is not refundable. Delivery fees above 40 miles is per loaded mile (delivery & pickup).
Set Up: Set up is free when electric/sewer/water is readily available such as at RV parks. Fees can incur for extra setup material/time if electric/sewer is not ready for connection and are further than 20’.
Rate to Relocate Unit $150 + $2.00 per mile
